Workboat Services Ltd, in conjunction with Pharos Marine Ltd, are very keen to promote growth within the local pool of crew, and to this end have a number of Falkland Islands residents on trainee programmes as well as several crew who are already operating in senior positions such as Captain and Chief Officer on our vessels.

On Pharos SG we currently have a number of trainee deckhands working towards an EDH and OOW and one trainee progressing up the ladder within the engineering sector.

Both vessels are currently fully manned however we occasionally have vacancies for temporary relief crew. If you would like to have your details placed on our database please send a CV, including copies of all current certificates (STCW and ENG1 are mandatory for all our crew), to our office.
